Brianna is an expert in HR operations, compliance, and payroll, and is best known for being dependable and resourceful—a person who will figure things out and always follow through with integrity.

Brianna's professional philosophy centers on finding solutions and creating systems that work for people. She is motivated by HR’s potential to be the backbone of an organization, acting as the bridge between leadership and team to build a supportive and engaged culture. She brings a strong track record of building impactful programs, including accident prevention initiatives, competency-based compensation structures, and creative employee recognition systems.

She holds the SHRM-CP and a Safety Coordinator Certification, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence.
