Chi Hsu is the Director of Technology at Region 6 Systems Integration and the company’s internal security disruptor.

With a unique background rooted in high-stakes tech and business ownership, Chi’s primary role is to ensure no new product is released until it’s unbreakable. He acts as the ultimate internal security expert, focused on learning, breaking, and fixing all new systems to guarantee the highest standard of safety and functionality for clients. This relentless, hands-on approach is so effective that he often reports security flaws directly to manufacturers, forcing critical firmware upgrades to protect clients from potential vulnerabilities.

Chi is the leader for technology initiatives and the rapid problem-solver known for delivering the "impossible" solutions on major projects. His operational efficiency is forged by experience, including serving as a lead technician at Microsoft where he managed the preparation and installation of thousands of devices for a major school district.

Motivated by servant leadership, Chi ensures this elite technology is accessible to everyone. He creates comprehensive training materials and videos for property management and end-users (including senior residents), ensuring every client feels confident and receives the "wow!" experience in both technology and service. Holding both Apple Certified Support Professional and Professional Certified Network Administrator certifications, Chi is the technical muscle behind Region 6's promise of flawless integration.
